JET-HOT coating can be applied to New or Used suspension parts and unlike electroplating plating it does not cause hydrogen embrittlement. Therefore the structural integrity and strength of the metal remains. When springs are coated they remain flexible , ''A'' arms and other components retain their strength. When any parts are electroplated this causes the metal to become more brittle during the process increasing the risk of part failure through fatigue cracking. JET-HOT helps reduce the metal fatigue and protects the metal from corrosion up to 14 times better than chrome.
JET-HOT Red - In this applications the coating can withstand the high temperatures that are present in brake stystems. As demonstrated in this image we can combine colour to give a good apperance to what is normally a dirty component. This finish like other JET-HOT finishes is easy to keep clean.
JET-HOT coating can be applied to New or Used cast iron and aluminium Intake or Exhaust Manifolds. Manifolds take on the appearance of a highly polished aluminium manifold making them easy to maintain. Petrol, oil and brake fluid can't penetrate the surface making them easy to clean and maintain a great appearance. Exhaust manifolds benefits from reduced under hood temperatures and almost eliminates the chances fatigue cracking.

JET-HOT Hi-Lustre gives fantastic fresh new look to any old parts you coat from under the hood. Hinges, catches and many other parts can benefit from this look and its so easy to keep it looking good. Other components like alternator brackets, air conditioner brackets, water pump and crank pullies, scuff plates and covers. Although these parts aren't hi-temp parts they benefit greatly from corrosion protection and they look great.
JET-HOT Black gives a New look to Jaguar headers. Unlike the original enamel coating, JET-HOT coating is not affected by water splashing on the hot headers and the coating is very easy to keep clean. It also provides temperature reduction, reducing under bonnet temperature by 25%+.
